Contributed to IP productivity at C-DOT and bagged the National IPR award for C-DOT.
Identified a new tool for prior art search for quick understanding of state of the art current
technologies. IPR policy made, awareness programs conducted on IPR. Empaneled Lawyers
for IPR filing.
Designed and developed Organizational training process for Knowledge management, as a
part of CMMI level 5 processes. Graduate Apprentices, project students program: advising and
career planning, internship and development.
Reliability calculations were done for Radio Access networks, Next generation networks and
wifi systems. Studied the various reliability aspects of components . Results included in paper
in IEEE.
